One of the Baobab owners, Peter, is a coeliac and dairy-intolerant, while both he and his wife Simona recently became vegetarians. The personal experience made Peter and Simona approach different dietary styles not just as supplements to the core offer of food, but rather make the dietary diversity the key feature of the Baobab menu.
