At the Baobab Cafe all of our cakes are made with love using the best ingredients we can get our hands on; South downs butter, local free-range organic eggs and locally produced organic chocolate to name a few. And they're all free of any nasty chemical additives or preservatives.
Here's just some of the cakes on offer:
- Chocolate Fudge Cake made with organic chocolate and topped with chocolate fudge icing
- Ginger Fudge Cake rich with molasses, dotted with stem ginger and topped with a ginger fudge icing.
- Pear, Hazelnut + Chocolate Cake made with five fresh pears, and organic chocolate.
- Sticky Almond Cake a beautifully moist cake made with organic ground almonds and a gooey layer of natural marzipan running through the middle
- Strawberry + Sour Cream Cake made with fresh strawberries - perfect for a summer treat
